At the request of the developer, H5 stepped in at 54% project completion to provide general contracting services for the build out of a new senior living facility consisting of approximately 54,000 Square Feet. Situated on 3.33 acres of infill, the project contains 42 fully accessible ADA sensory impaired units, a community center, carports, garden area, Dog Park, solar, elevators and BBQ area.
Vista Rose Senior Apartments II
Design to accommodate moderate to low income seniors. All 36 units are fully ADA accessible sensory impaired units totaling 38,396 SF on 1.38 acres. H5, took over at foundation and constructed in 13 months with phased tenant occupancy starting at 10 months.
Whispering Winds Senior Apartments I
Situated on a 5 acre infill parcel in Palmer, Alaska. Whispering Winds is a 42 unit fully ADA accessible sensory impaired senior living facility totaling 52,822 SF. The project was completed in 14 months from civil to final occupancy, with phased occupancy starting at 11 months. Project site needed a considerable amount of civil work, clearing, fill, compaction, and extending underground utilities over 800 feet to pad location.
Bella Terra Apartments
General construction of a luxurious 4 building 32 unit gated apartment community. Approximately 59,000 SF of wood framed construction, including car plug-ins, BBQ area, automated entry and a 75 foot retaining wall. The Owner-Design build located off 4th Avenue and Muldoon Road was turned over in 16 months with project reaching stabilizing occupancy in 6 weeks.
Provided construction management assistance on an owner design to provide 10,000 SF commercial retail and office building on Bogard Road. Wood framed on 40” foundation in 6 weeks.
Signature Real Estate Building
Owner design build on a 3,800 SF of office retail space from civil through tenant improvements. Wood framed construction with seamless metal siding and fiber resin paneling. Project was completed to a finished tenant improved space in 8 months on budget.
Frazier’s Way Business Park
The development of a 14,000 SF business park consisting of 3 buildings on 1.52 acres. Wood framed over slab on grade. Coordinated the acquisition, site civil and construction of the entire business park from shell to a finished tenant improved space. Project has reached 100% stabilized occupancy.
6,800 SF design build of a vertically integrated two story cultivation facility consisting of 5,400 SF slab on grade Wood framed construction with vertical slat metal siding. Project included coordinated efforts with engineers, designers, subcontractors and growers in compliance with the state regulation authority.
Completed framing of the new 27,000 SF Ferguson building in Wasilla, AK located off of Palmer Wasilla Highway in 10 weeks. Building consisted of 18,000 SF of warehouse and 9,000 SF of office space. Stepped in at the developer’s request to complete the vertical slat metal siding.
The Shoppes at Sun Mountain
Currently providing general contracting services for The Shoppes at Sun Mountain, a 30 acre 300,000 SF mixed use project located off the Parks Highway in Wasilla, AK. The project will be phased over the next 5 years.
