H5 Construction was awarded the contract to build a new two-story public library facility on the library’s downtown Palmer property. The project is currently in progress and includes a 20,000-square-foot municipal building designed to support public access, community use, and long-term library operations.
Public facility projects require structured coordination across city leadership, design teams, consultants, subcontractors, inspectors, and community stakeholders. With a $12 million approved contract and work underway, the project reflects the documentation, schedule control, and construction oversight required for municipal construction.
For H5 Construction, the Palmer Public Library project reflects experience managing public construction with clear accountability, compliance awareness, and disciplined execution from preconstruction through final completion.
