H5 Construction completed the construction of a new Starbucks in South Anchorage, located off Huffman near Sonic. The Starbucks space is part of a 7,100-square-foot, two-tenant commercial building designed to support high-traffic retail and food service use.
This project required coordination across commercial shell construction, tenant-specific requirements, building systems, and final delivery standards for a national retail brand. Projects like this demand clear scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and attention to the details that support both customer-facing operations and long-term building performance.
