Bridgeway Community Housing is a supportive housing development completed in multiple phases. Phase 2 added 18 residential units, including 12 one-bedroom units and 6 studio units, along with shared spaces designed to support residents and daily program needs.
The completed phase includes a two-story residential building with flex space, a gym, and a spacious community room. The project required coordination across residential construction, shared-use amenities, and program-driven housing requirements.
For H5 Construction, Bridgeway reflects the planning and execution needed for supportive housing environments, where long-term function, resident use, accessibility, and community spaces are all part of the build.
